Should government rise and educate your children?

Do you consider that the state, government, should take care of children rising and education 100%?

According to your data and perception, please refer to national or local/network cases:

- Consider the increasing number of parents that has not the 'necessary skills, knowledge, instinct, intuition, capacity" to rise their children with the values, skills, attitude that would ensure the children along their development would make choices and engage into behavior, develop preferences that would be ideal for their own socialization, for the progress of their nations or the development of an advanced global culture and civilization.

- Being the case that social services has to care for an increasing number of dis-functional families, and of youth and children with strong socialization problems, or later with professionals with no bound with their own culture, location, family or company.

- For the purpose of ensuring the development of a stable, healthy, progressive culture and society, dedicated to peace, care for family, care for culture, with great awareness on the importance of heritage, dedicated to life care and sustainable living, able to allocate resources (financial, professional, material and time availability) to the creation of a legacy, that future generations may use for the advancement of their culture and civilization.

Wouldnt be more efficient and resilient, if the government would care for the children, after birth, 100%, by rising them through the collaboration of professional parents, and professional teachers.

- If the households a parenting capacity is not enough for the "correct" development of the children and youth (According to cultural values or agreements).

Wouldnt be ideal to provide a preventive service that would both, care for rising children, educating them, as well socializing or developing skills of parents and their capacity to educate or rise their children according to the real challenges the modern world culture, market, and civilization bring and will bring to their lifes?

How far should go the government in the process of intervention of family and care for children?

Wouldnt be gamification, an ideal method that would bring parents and their children to a higher professional skills, and awareness, perception, of the real challenges they need to care for, and engagement into the necessary skills and knowledge suitable for the parenting role for a global citizen?

How far should gamification of the government services go, and why a total gamification would be ideal ?
