Skilled Mirgrant Visa

Dear expats,
My partner and I are going to apply for the skilled migrant visa for Australia in the next months, atm we are working in New Zealand. He can prove that he has at least 3 years’ work experience as an electronics engineer (SCADA), he actually has more than 5 years’ experience but it’s not so easy to get the references. I hope to get my bachelor degree in industrial engineering assessed by Engineers Australia but they are requesting 3 reports. Can someone here please give me any tips how I can create those reports or the contacts of any trustworthy companies which can help? Ah, we will be in Melbourne next month, if anyone can suggest any free immigration advisor for us, it would be awesome. Looking forward to Australia :-)
