Social Services and Counselling in the Middle East

Are there provisions for mental healthcare in the Gulf?
I am completing an online MA in Counselling Psychology whilst working in Saudi Arabia, and would like to complete my practicum here. However, I don't have any relevant contacts. It has made me wonder about the differences between Western and Middle Eastern society, and the education/healthcare provisions for citizens.
