Solidarity with the countries struck with Ebola

Many of our members are living in one of the countries suffering from Ebola. Just recently I exchanged some messages with Ishmail Bah in Freetown - they avoid touching each other and try to stay healthy, but of course everybody is afraid.

I do not even know if it is acceptable to forward such an action her in the forum, but I would like to suggest to give a small contribution - only 6 € are requested - via AVAAZ who collect money for medical material which these countries are desperately lacking.

AVAAZ already encountered many success stories, especially with petitions concerning environmental issues (which I all sign with big enthusiasm).
