Sr. Legal Counsel Kuwait/SA - your help needed!!

Dear All,

can anybody tell me how much a truly experienced female Sr. Legal Cousel may earn (in dollars or euros) in a multinational company based in Kuwait or SA (sector: engineering&construction - petrochemicals hydrocarbon)?

Besides basic salary, what about:
HRA/Cost of company Provided Accomodation (on a monthly or yearly basis)
Special ALLOWANCE
Car expence reimbursement
AIR PASSAGE reimbursement limit
Telephone Allowance
MEDICAL INSURANCE
PERFORMANCE BONUS (as % of basic salary)
