study on expats

Hey, my name is Olena and I am a master student at BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo, Norway.
I am doing a graduate study on experience of people working abroad.

Hence, I am looking for people who have worked in at least 2 different countries than their own for 2 different employers.
Specifically, I would be interested to know about their experience of moving, socializing, job hunting; about motives to lead such lifestyle and it’s challenges/benefits, future plans etc. (basically why and how people move around like they do).

I think such studies are important since countries and companies are often insensible to the rapidly changing global workforce market and thus are not always fully prepared to provide adequate atmosphere for social and professional adaptation after relocation...

Please, send me a message if you feel you can help me with my research by participating (answering a few simple questions) or referring me to someone else :-) It is a new topic in the scientific literature, so I am interested in very basic things and the issues discussed are quite simple for the participant.
