Suggestions on where to study a master?

Hey peeps! Hope you're doing great :D I need help considering what could be some places to study for 2 years (1 year from now), so a bit of introduction first:

I'm 21M from Barcelona, Spain. Just finished my bachelor's in CS, gonna work for a year to gain experience and save money and then I plan to do a master. I did a couple of exchanges and I want to leave this country and live somewhere else for a period of time, (maybe do an exchange during the master too) so I'm honestly not so worried about the university/programme, I also check this about the universities I consider, but I'm more concerned about the place where I would be spending 2 years.

These are some of the things that I might be interested in when considering possible places.

- Money, I'm going to be working for about a year now, full-time. I hope I can save at least Protected content or so, so that's kind of my "budget". I hope I can get a part-time job during the master to help with the money, so this is another important point, whether it is a job at McDonalds or in the CS field (preferably). It's one of the things I'm most worried about, I want to be able to pay the whole two years of living + studying with the money saved and hopefully what I make from a part-time job

- The "social" part, I've been looking at cities that are more like "student towns" Overall I would be interested in places with a good international community, that's why I'm worried about some Asian countries, I don't know if there's going to be as much diversity as when I went to Sweden for example (I hanged out with people from all over the world).

- Quite important too although a bit specific, I love hiking and trail running, so I would like the city to have mountains near (you'll see some of the options I've considered so far). I love running but I honestly would hate to be able to run only in the city, one of the things I like about Barcelona is that there's a mountain with lots of trails 30 min away and I'd love to have something similar.

- Although as you'll see in the examples there are some options in Europe, I would like to go somewhere outside Europe to change a little bit. Asia seems interesting but I'm worried about the language barrier.

So, as examples and options, these are some of the places I have considered:

- Trondheim, Norway: I would love to go to Norway, but studying there without getting a part-time job would be fatal, and I would be scared about doing so even if I knew I could get a part-time job because of the high cost of living :(

- Innsbruck, Austria: Student town near the alps with an interesting programme, worried about the language and getting a part-time job (the cost of living is similar to Barcelona).

- Grenoble, Alps: Very similar to Innsbruck in the sense that it's near the mountains, the university interests me but I have the same worries (although french might be easier for me than german).

- Cape Town, South Africa: At first I was pretty excited because I thought it would be easy to visit other parts of Africa from there, but apparently traveling by plane to Kilimanjaro, for example, is cheaper from Barcelona. Correct me if I'm mistaken, maybe it is cheap to visit central Africa from Cape Town, if this is the case then I would be really interested, considering it's also cheaper to live there. Additionally, I kept reading everywhere about how high the crime rate is there :(

- Kuala Lumpur: I haven't read about crime anywhere so didn't expect it to be a problem, but numbeo says that the crime index is similar to Cape Town :/ This one is interesting because it's cheap and specially because of how cheap it is to travel to many places in Asia I've always been interested in, the best example is a roundtrip to Kathmandu: I can find some for Protected content while from Barcelona it's around Protected content . That's super cool! What worries me about this city is how is the expat community going to be like, and the hiking/trails part too, anyone who lives there knows how the situation is in this two fronts? I've also read language shouldn't be a problem there.

Some countries I have ruled out already: US and Canada (been doing some research and it's quite difficult economic-wise, getting scolarships and such), Sweden and Finland (already been there and would like to try something new).

As I've said above I would really like to go somewhere more different than Europe, that's why I started considering places like Cape Town or Kuala Lumpur. Any other places like these that you would recommend? In Asia I guess India wouldn't be a problem language-wise but idk, it doesn't catch my interest that much. I've read good things about China but I don't know if language would be problematic, and I'm concerned about the "international/expat" environment in all countries from Asia, really.

I hope you can suggest me some countries so I can investigate a little bit about them, thanks a lot and peace!
