Survey for Dissertation Research Project

My name is Keshia Pope and I am currently pursuing my Masters in International Management. I am working on my dissertation which seeks to ascertain how well expatriates to Barbados are able to adapt to the Barbadian culture. In addition, it will look at what challenges they are experiencing and if their ability to perform well at work is dependent on how well they adapt to the Barbadian culture.
