teach me some malay words pls

i want to thank the malay lady HAYADI and tell her that her pisang goreng is the best i ever had..how should i say it in malay?..

what is the malay word of JACKFRUIT?..it tastes so delicious as well?..i called it as jackfruit goreng..haha..

also, i noticed onmy way to the airport, the signboard says: selamat jalan..i thought jalan means STREET?..so what was here that thye were trying to express?
