The European Dream

In the process of writing my MA thesis I came to the conclusion to debate my topic in public. Hence, I want to hear your thoughts on the question: Is there a European Dream?
Does West Europe dream differently than East and Central Europe? and How does the American Dream relate to the existence of a European Dream?

I would be glad if we could discuss your ideas and experiences on either side of the Atlantic. Or maybe you are going for a very different dream...an Asian or African Dream?
