the real abortion debate

In Sweden a woman has the right to abort a child, at any stage, if she wanted to. It is her body, therefore it is her right to do whatever she wants with it, even if the man will have the child.

However, if the man did not want the child, and the woman wanted it, he has no say, and he will have to pay child support.

Do you think this is unfair? to the man?

Having a baby should come with concurrence - they both should agree to have it, or not to. Or at least, have an equal right to take responsibility of the baby or not. Sometimes it comes unplanned for, male protection could break, for example.
