The Seat i'm Occupying is not enough!

Hello All ,

I'm Egyptian expatriate in Saudi , I became a professional freight forwarder ( Business Development Sr Executive ) , delivering good profit as well as good drive air and sea volume to my company , i feel that my abilities are higher than the position i have now ! i can not move to other company due to THE LABOUR LAW which any employee here is under a sponsor and can't leave him to another competitor company !! help me how to grow up from that low level to higher level , i'm thinking about moving to Dubai to act as BD manager or to start my own business there at least as Middle East & Gulf Countries Regional Distributor for any type of cargo , pls help me , i'm really under stress .
