They say The Real Life begin at 40, true or false?

Middle age crisis in Year 2K's.
Some want to be settled financially, career and family and etc before they hit on age 40 years old.
Some have goal that when their age at 40th, the money does work for them (passive income) than has to work for money and wish have financial freedom as well.
Some were not need extent hopes and dream and try to enjoyed the life flows and goes on.
Some were yet average and regret to take care on their healthy life.
I am wondering what about your opinion?
