You are expected to tip many workers these days. Is this a good or bad thing? Is tipping a way to reward a worker for doing a good job or a way for companies to make their customers pay the wages of staff?
Do you tip? How do you decide how much to leave?
Personally, I tend to leave 10% when the service was good and 20% if it was really something special. That said, I don't like the whole concept.
