Tokyo in September

Hello Everyone,
I will be visiting Tokyo at the beginning of September for the first time and I don't know much about this city. Anyone has some advices on: the must do's of the cities, City Sightseeing from National landmarks, Temples, parks to museums, great places to eat or even great places to have a drink?
