Translation of Documents

I am a science teacher in Guangzhou and I am asked to teach out of a Chinese textbook, and I don't know Chinese. Does anyone know of a software program that can translated documents from Chinese to English or company a company in China, that I could send off a document (textbook) to, to have it translated, accurately, into English? Please advise. Thanks,
