Travel Companion for Central or South America

Hi, InterNation Members,
I'm thinking of traveling to Central or South America for a minimum of Protected content this winter. I'm looking for a mature-er travel companion. Although I'm a seasoned and very experienced traveler, I just think it would be a lot more fun, less expensive and more secure to travel with someone. My usual standard of travel accommodation is at 3 Star, but I'm not adverse to 2 star if the accommodation clean and safe.
