Travel destinations where you can do extraordinary

Hi all,

I am planning a more adventurous trip around Feb-March next year, but I don't want to go to places where all you can do is look and take touristy pictures. I want to go to places where I can do stuff. I am planning to visit Protected content but please let me know if you know the best itinerary or best countries to do stuff like these.

E.g.

Dubai - Skydiving by the Palm
South Africa - Cage diving with great white sharks
Nepal - trekking to the first base of Mount Everest

Any other countries that have extreme activities?

Would really appreciate it.
