Travelling to Mongolia/Tibet

Hi everyone,

I am planning to spend my holiday in Mongolia or Tibet this year, in September. I am looking for advices regarding flights and local guides speaking Italian as well (2 friends will come and move around on their own but they do not speak English). Is that possible? Is there any one in those countries speaking Italian too?
