travelling with celiac disease

Recently diagnosed with gluten intolerance, I am a bit worried. Can I travel with this disease - when I am not able to eat the tiny amount of wheat in a Chinese soy sauce, the French baguette, the Italian pizza or the fish sauce in a Korean Kimchi... Noodles, French fries, sausages etc.

Any recommendations of local hotels, restaurants, grocery stores accomodating the needs of people with this chronic intolerance? Greatly appreciated.
