Turkish Airlines - very bad travel experience

I just returned from a trip to Germany, the return from Istanbul to airport in Skopje was a real NIGHTMARE!!! Due to the thick smog in SKP aircrafts could not land for several days because this government instead of wasting a lot of money for this horrible monuments in the city center should have invested in implementing a modern technical system for "blind" landing at bad weather conditions!!!
Turkish Airlines has no competence at all when it comes to this kind of difficult sitations: They are loosing boarding passes so that - as a consequence - people like me waited for more than 3 hours for being taken to a hotel for the night :-(
Then, because of loosing the boarding pass with the luggage tag, it took them more than 2 hours the next evening to locate my suitcase which was in transit ..... even admitting that luggage gets mixed for different destinations!!
Then they forgot to put me on the next possible flight - the only one that could land in Skopje the second day, the evening flight was cancelled again. The third evening, Turkish Airlines forgot to put me and a few other guests on the hotel list, so again additional waiting time in the night .... and so on.
Only after three days they thought about re-directing the flight to Pristina and organize shuttle bus to Skopje.
MY COMPLETE WEEKEND INCLUDING NEW YEAR's Even HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY DESTROYED - AND NO APOLOGYS OR OFFER OF A COMPENSATION LIKE A FREE FLIGHT TO GERMANY OR SOMETHING OF THAT KIND - AND TURKISH AIRLINES CLAIMS TO BE THE BEST EUROPEAN AIRLINE IN Protected content IS THE BIGGEST BAD JOKE IN Protected content !!!
