UK expat question

Hi all- hoping I am putting this in the right place! I am an American currently living in the US. My husband and I have lived in Europe before when in the Air Force, but are hoping to get back over there as civilians. I'm a nurse practitioner, and my plan would be to find an NP position over there and move myself, my husband, and our daughter there- possible permanently.
There are a lot of NP positions there, but I need to find an employer to sponsor me which is a little more daunting. When the time comes to start actively looking for positions, I'm thinking of using a resume/CV writing service - has anyone had good luck with one in the UK? All the better if they are geared toward healthcare. Are there any other NPs or healthcare professionals out there with experience going to the UK? Would love to talk with you!
