I recently created a new group on Facebook called "Vegans&Vegetarians in Africa!" This group is to connect Vegans/Vegetarians living in africa, and to encourage and educate those who want to transition into this type of healthy lifestyle. Will be posting yummy vegan recipes ingredients that are easy to find in african markets. Everyone is welcome into the group, and everyone may post anything related to the group.
