Visa Problem in Istanbul

I need help from Istanbul's society. One of our INternations Friend, Benjamin Larsen has difficulties with the immigration office. He was sick and have has to stay one week longer. His visa is due on 13.3.2018, immigration office ask him to pay Protected content for it. Any suggestions?

Benjamin Larsen can only be contacted through e-mail, since his mobile has been stolen in Istanbul as well.
