Visiting Mumbai and Surat

I am traveling to Mumbai and Surat for a wedding from South Africa. I will be in Mumbai from Protected content and in Surat from Protected content . I am looking for moderately priced hotels and also wondering whether the are cheap electronic stores for an IPAD2 please.

Also any tips on good spots to hang out in would be appreciated.
