Water Crisis - Day Zero - Still safe to travel?

Hi all!
I have heard about the water crisis in Cape Town. My husband and I are set to travel during the Day Zero. If you don't know what I am referring to, Google it or watch: Protected content

For those living in Cape Town, will it be safe to travel? We have a small baby and are now second guessing our plans. In fact, our long-term plan, was to move there permanently, but we now need to understand this situation better before we do.

We absolutely LOVE Cape Town and are so sad to hear this news. It is absolutely devastating.
