A Special Women's Career Network 20th Anniversary event

This special gathering is being held to celebrate and mark the 20th Anniversary of the Women’s Career Network Vienna in its continuous mission to connect, empower and support professional women in an increasingly globalized world. WCN is a city network of the European Professional Women’s Network. The WCN is hosting a moderated panel discussion on networking, followed by an audience Q and A session. Both men and women are invited to attend.

The discussion will explore strategies, ideas, and views on the relevance of and need for effective networking. It will explore how to best leverage connections for career advancement and business prospects. It will answer: “Why are professional networks still relevant?” “How can career advancement be effectively supported through joining professional networks?” “Why is networking imperative for the working woman?”

Selma Prodanovic (Founder of Brainswork, entrepreneur and philanthropist); Dr. Harald Katzmair (CEO and founder of FAS research, a Social Networks Analytics and Strategies firm, Austria); Anne Frisch, (EPWN Federation Board member and Treasurer); Lydia Goutas, (Managing Partner of Lehner Executive Partners and Former President of the WCN Vienna); Gisela Ebermayer-Minich, (Former President of the WCN Vienna and Advisory Board member).
