What are the Chinese customs when doing business?

Hi,
I have a small boutique company that I want to expand. The Chinese seem to be keen on the type of business I am in. I would like to learn as much as possible what they expect at meetings, phone calls as I hear it is quite different from how we do things in the Western world.

Has anyone worked in China or with the Chinese? Please post any suggestions that you have.
