What are the current issues around HIV/AIDS crisis

Hello guys!

I am intimitaly involved in my charity (p2pcanada.org) which was started about 10 years in hopes to create awareness of HIV/AIDS within the Ethiopian Community in Toronto and assist HIV/AIDS orphans in Ethiopia. When it started 10 years ago, I believe was to change the stigma attached to HIV/AIDS;. What are the current existing issues from the past 4 years. I have been told even though the rate of the infection has lesson worldwide but there are a lot more orphans. Is this true? Pls advise.
