What do you deduce to be the purpose of your life?

I have some time to kill, so I will try to revive an old thread of mine that went sour.

I would like to have a fundamentally philosophical discussion concerning reality and morality centered on each individual's perception of what that individual perceives their purpose in life to be.

As an example, if one answers, 'My purpose is to create a successful business,' then I will ask, 'Why is it important for you to do so?'. For each subsequent answer, I will continue to ask a more specific question until getting down to a discussion of that individual's perceptions of reality and morality.

So I hope people who wish to have a serious discussion will care to be subjected to a taste of Socratic questioning. :)
