What food represents your country do you think?

What food when you talk about it, it will remind you the country? I'm from China, I think dumpling is the most typical food stand for China. Dim Sum is typical too but it's from Canton area, people might know Dim Sum very well but it is well know because there are more expats from south China than north, this is my personal opinion, what do you think?

Oh, BTW, how many people think fish & chips stand for UK? :)
