What Questions Shouldnt be asked by an Expat?

Sometimes I read threads from ExPATS Asking questions about other countries and I dont know if they re totally and utterly political Non Correct , Or am I too sensitive??

I know if I asked those questions in reference a " First WorLd Country" I probably would be reported to IN management, but shall we Nationals of Other countries need to take what I really consider a mix of ignorance and rudeness?

One question that I have seen and really upsets me is : Do you have good schools??? For God's sake,, even in private that would be so rude.... but in a public thread???? WHat other questions should we advice to Expats to not do or at least do in a more polite way???
