When two Democrats fight for the presidency the Republican runs away with it

Seriously, Hillary and Barack keep flinging mud at each other, they are leading one hell of a campaign .. now in the beginning this brought the Democrats a lot of attention, but don’t you think that when it comes to the presidential election the republicans will win no matter who has which candidate?

The reason: many Democratic Clinton-supporting voters stated that if Obama were to be the candidate, they would either just stay at home or vote for McCain. Whereas far fewer Republican voters say they will vote for the Democrat candidate because they’re not happy with McCain.

I think the Democrats have gotten themselves in a big mess with their presidential candidates and I don’t think it’s going to end well for them.

What are your thoughts? Do the Democrats still have a chance? Who has the better chance of winning against McCain?
