Why is the world gone so bad now ?

Or has it always been so bad?
the massive amount of people have been killed in Africa,North America and almost every continent while there have been genocides everywhere in the past.

The believers of every religion out there literally step on each other's shoes.There is incredibly amount of hate on different ethnicities and religions.We have ruined the environment so bad that we now have global warming,pollution and all sorts of diseases .The animals will be extinct soon because of poachers and the climate changes.

The abuse of children and women are at the highest while the abuse of power and fraud are amazingly committed ..the bad things happening are just way too many to list here....

And now there is this talk that if we discover the Mars,the human species will not go extinct.I suppose ruining the world was not enough.

After all this thought ,I tend to believe that majority of people whether they are believers or not believers have been doing terrible harms to each other and the world.And there is absolutely no stop on that.

It makes me think that the meaning of life has never been discovered .has it ?

Even though we are in the same boat in life ,we absolutely don't care about each other.

That's simply what makes me rethink why we are actually here in this world
