Will the word "boogeyman" replace "terrorist?"

The origin of this topic is attributed not only to me but also to Jim Barnard and Danny Kilanowski, and with FDR as inspiration for this thread: "The only thing we have to fear is fear itself."

As we know from history, the structural change in the political world due to the demise of the Warsaw Pact, the Soviet Union, and several communist countries in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, and the rise of Islamists to asset themselves in this world has led to the change of semantic from "communists" to "terrorists" to denote the collective enemies of the West.

However, "terrorists" has turned out to be quite extensive in usage because it can be used by almost all nations, and not only by the West, and almost race-free and religion-free. It is used extensively by China, Russia, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Nigeria, Algeria, Syria, Mexico, etc., and by Christians, Muslims, Hindus, whites, blacks, Arabs, Polynesians, etc.

Thus, in reality, the are technical differences in usage between "communists" and "terrorists."

Now the word "boogeyman," as popularized by mainstream American media due to Trump administration and current white Americans' fashionable racisms, refer to non-European whites as being undesirable, discriminable, and annihilatable. Certainly white Americans like things that are exclusive to whites only. So, word like "terrorists" that is used by all races and all religions quickly loses its attractiveness.

Thus, "boogeyman," on what peoples is it applicable? It is applicable to Hispanics for sure. It is applicable to blacks all over the world. It is applicable to shithole countries as defined by Trump administration. It is applicable to Rashon Nelson and Donte Robinson at a Philadelphia Starbucks, Chikesia Clemons at a Waffle House in Saraland, Alabama, and Darren Martin in New York City. It is applicable to Chinese as China will go to war to take back Taiwan in Protected content it will achieve parity in military power with the U.S.

Although "boogeyman" by default will include organized criminal organizations such as opium-producing Taliban, its usage is restricted to non-European whites. So, China , Iran, India, (although Iranians/Persians and Indians belong to the Indo-European race), Saudi Arabia, South Africa, etc., cannot use it.

With the abandonment of "terrorist" and the adoption of "boogeyman," people like Mark Anthony Conditt and Nikolas Cruz cannot be called "terrorists" and cannot be called "boogeymen" either because they are European whites.

So, how likely do you think the word "boogeyman" will replace "terrorist?"
