Work in England

Hello All

Wonder if anyone can assist. My partner and I would like to move to England. He only has a South African Passport. He is a Desktop Support Technician LT2 and acting Team leader.

I believe in order for South African's to get a working visa they now have to be sponsored by a Company in the UK. Can any help/advice on Companies or agencies that he can apply to?
