Work in Tajikistan or Kyrgyzstan

Normeca International AS are looking for a Country Manager and/or Medical Manager in connection with our project "Mobile Multi-Diagnostic Clinics / Mini Hospital" for The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques late King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Program for Charity Work (KAAP) – Humanitarian Aid Foundation administrated by the Islamic Development Bank (ISDB). The clinics will cover a great deal of the medical areas and are all based in large mobile expandable trailers. The clinics will be completely self-sufficient with their own accommodation and support units, like kitchen, laundry, dinning, meeting rooms etc. Workplace can be either in Kyrgyzstan or Tajikistan as the project is running in both countries.

Job Description Summary:
oThe goal is to provide high-quality, cost-effective health care services
oCollect and analyse data, outcomes, safety and identify problem areas.
oPresent findings, proposed solutions and implementation plans to the management.
oManage medical staff in the day-to-day performance.
oFollow up that routines are followed, reports completed and so on.
oPlan operations and other activities/examinations such as gastroscopy, colonoscopies, cystoscopies, laparoscopies, and in addition we expect a good number of cataract operations. In this connection, it is important to set up programs that allow us to run full days to get the greatest possible efficiency. (Medical Manager).
oPrepare and compile weekly reports.
oFocus on developing great communication between all employees.
oFocus on collaboration and team building.
oFocus on efficiency
oTrain all staff medical and non-medical in pre-hospital treatment/CPR.

Requirements:
oHigher education (Medical manager holds certificate giving the right to practice medicine).
oWork experience at least 8 years.
oSkills of working with up-to-date medical equipment.
oWillingness to frequent trips to the regions of the Republic of Tajikistan or Kyrgyzstan.
oWillingness to work in non-standard conditions.
oWorks well independently and has strong operational skills.
oLearns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
oDevelops strong relationships with co-workers and has strong leadership skills.
oCommunicates effectively and has strong verbal and written communication skills.
oExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
oEnglish speaking and writing are mandatory.
