Work visa for Switzerland

Hey guys, I am considering taking up a position in Switzerland but I am not quite sure what the process entails for me to be eligible to work there. Does anyone have information on this or knows of a good reliable source that I can use to get this information. I am a South African which might or might not make things more difficult.
