World-Wide Expat Insurance (valid anywhere)

I am looking for a 20 years, fixed fee policy for Life Insurance, maybe Serious Illness, as well that is not subject to medical checks. I need it to be multi jurisdictional, as I am not sure where I will be in 5 years form now.

Could any of you please advise what companies do you know in this field.

I have tried Clements and William Russell, nit sure if there is anyone else out there in this field.
