Would the world be better without governments ?

Have not you noticed that all the troubles around the world are mostly made up by governments ? Have not you noticed that most terrorist organizations are mostly financed by governments? Have not you noticed that governments are mostly worse than the people they describe as terrorists ? Dont governments usually divide people and make them hate each other ? I strongly believe the world would be much better with no governments. Wouldn't it ?
