Bank Account (Personal and Business) & Accountant (Wrocław)

I have just moved to Wroclaw and require a couple of bank accounts, one for my personal banking, the other for a company that I must set up to enable me to teach at multiple schools and businesses.

Ideally I would like a bank that doesn't charge for everything, yet has perhaps a good international transfer rate or agreement with a UK bank (I am with NatWest in the UK, but also have a Barclays account).

I also require an accountant to help me set up and manage my company accounts.

If anyone could provide me with any advice on the above I would greatly appreciate it.
