Bringing car from UK to Wroclaw (Wrocław)

Hi, I will be relocating to Wroclaw in the next few weeks from the UK. I am planning on driving but I am struggling to find information. If anyone has any information or advice regarding bringing a car to Wroclaw from the UK that would be greatly appreciated. Need to know tax, MOT, insurance etc information.
