Cost of living in Wroclaw (Wrocław)

Hello all,

I will be moving to Wroclaw in July. I am relocating through my current employer. To assess the offered salary, I need your help with the living expenses in Wroclaw. I am a single guy, looking for a one bedroom furnished flat/apartment.
Can someone please tell me what are the monthly expenses toward housing, food and grocery and any other major expenses that you can think of.
