Hiking on Karkonosze in the end of November (Wrocław)

Hello everyone.
My name is Isaias Paulino and I just started my PhD in Poznan 2 months ago.
I got some free time in the end of the month so I am going for small hiking trip to some beautiful mountains called karkonosze. It is not far from Wroclaw.
My plan is go to Wroclaw, spend the night and meet some nice people and next day head to the mountains. At the karkonosze, the plan is just hang out for few days in the nature. So if anyone feel like join, you are wellcome.
If you never hiking before I can guarantee you will not get lost, just tired and happy :)
