Advice for localities to live in - Yangon

Dear YEC, my husband and I would be moving to Yangon in a month's time. Would like to know the areas to live in - i am looking to rent a 3 bedroom apartment in a good locality with complete power backup, security and good internet facilities. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. please do let me know the indicative rents in the areas recommended.
