Yoga is a balanced form of body work that leaves you well-toned, refreshed and relaxed. Through the practice of the asanas (postures) you develop your physical suppleness, endurance, strength and the ability to relax. Yoga leads to increased physical and emotional well being, a well-aligned posture and grace of movement.
We practice Bando Yoga, which is Yoga stretching exercise practice by ancient warriors’ from Myanmar (Burma).
