Bringing 6-month old baby to Yangon

Hello there expat parents! Can anyone tell me what conditions are like for babies in Yangon? We are moving to Yangon in July and would love to know some basic info such as can you buy Pampers nappies at the supermarkets, or Aptamil formula milk? Also what does everyone do about malaria / japanese encephalitis? Are these a problem in Yangon? Are there decent hospitals in Yangon?
