catch up for few drinks (Yangon)

Hi everyone, I'd be travelling again to Yangon this coming Sunday till Wednesday 29th of July, after almost 3 years, and I heard a lot has changed. Would be interesting to see how the city has been transformed. Anyone knows where is the best place to go for few drinks in the evening after work (for both western and local people)? I'd would like to catch up for few drinks with anyone interested in the evening and also meet some new friends as well. Let me know! Thanks
