Considering Relocation to Yangon

Hi, husband is considering applying for a job in Yangon and we would live to hear from any expats with young kids who have lived / are living there and can give us idea of what life is like? I am particularly concerned about healthcare, schooling (our kids are 6, 4 & 2), safety, standard of living ... I s it a suitable place to spend a few years with kids? We currently live in UK.
