Cost of Living in Myanmar vs Australia plus school (Yangon)

My husband is beginning negotiations on a job (lawyer) in Myanmar - we are trying to work out the cost of living difference between Australia and Myanmar. It sounds like rents are on the rise but things like food are much lower - in Australia we live in a 3 bed house with a pool 15 minutes away from the city so would be looking for something like this or a nice apartment. Also interested in schools. Our two oldest kids are remaining in Australia at boarding school but our 7 year old is coming with us - what are the good schools worth investigating?

We are doing a lightening visit to Rangoon next week does anyone have recommendations for must do things to cover in this 'reccy'?
